Matt Bulk
The export is correct if I select 2x and not 1x, why ???
Staff MattP Posted September 18, 2015 Staff Share Posted September 18, 2015 The Export Persona is assuming you're wanting to use this as the basis for UI design (because you're at 192 dpi which is the natural dpi of an @2x output - it's 96dpi*2) so with only the '1x' button ticked it's trying to output an image half of the intended size. If you include the '2x' checkbox (and turn off the 1x checkbox) then you will get the correct size output. This is far from good in this particular case, but normally it ends up being very helpful :( We have a lot of work planned for the Export Persona and I'll make sure we keep all of this in mind... File->Export avoids the Export Persona making this decision about intended output size which is why it ends up being the right size. Sorry about this unexpected behaviour, but at least you know why it's changing size... :) [EDITED to fix my initial reaction that it was @3x output from a 72dpi base - must learn to read before talking!]
