what file format keeps spot colours names if i do image in Photo/Designer and i need Publisher side?

what file format keeps spot colours names and vector parts keeped in vector from (at least when i test eps they are end pdf converted to bitmap) etc if i do image in Photo/Designer and i need Publisher side? and saddly i found there is not K only feature for vector elements in Publisher.

Export to pdf defaults to honour spot colours, but if things are being rasterised they will be lost.

But do have any info what file format i need use picture elements to keep spotcolours in original way and named in end pdf correctly. at least affinity designer own format keeps these spot colour names when is part publisher made document.
