HEVC time-lapse exports zero byte files on iPad Pro 9.7" V1.9.14 - RC2

Looks like device must have A10 or newer CPU to be able to encode H.265 HEVC video so should not be offered as an option on older devices such as iPad Pro 9.7" which contain A9X chip.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for letting us know - this was something I'd spotted last week and nailed down on Friday. You're correct - unfortunately certain chips don't have the ability to encode to HEVC and so give a 0byte file. This should now be fixed in the next release and not offer the option for unsupported devices.
