BBouyajdad
Hello, I've created a document with 4 Master Pages. For the footer there is a textbox for copyright and the web address. If i try to remove the hyperlink to add a new one, it is simply not possible for the exported PDF. I can try to delete the hyperlink. It do not work. I can try to remove the textfield/box, creating a new one. The old link still persists in the corresponding PDF export file. But the link that is applied is nowhere to find inside the hyperlink panel. Is there a workaround to fix this problem? It really costs a lot of unnecessary time right now and the project has to be finished. BBouyajdad
Now I noticed that all other hyperlinks in the output PDF form do not work anymore. I really have to ask myself how this can happen.
BBouyajdad
Inside the Affinity Publisher document all links are right. But if you export it to PDF, everything is broken. Also the document anchors do not work.

walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. Can you provide your .afpub file so we can see more about what you're working with, and perhaps determine the problem? walt.farrell
I have opened your .afpub document in Publisher and done a small amount of testing. The hyperlink from the bottom of Master A works in Publisher when I use the Hyperlinks panel. And it works at the bottom of page 1 when I export the file as a PDF. If that one fails for you, I don't understand why. You asked about replacing a hyperlink with another one. Using the one at the bottom of Master A as an example, you would select Master A from the Pages panel, then edit using a combination of the text frame that contains the text and the Hyperlinks panel. For example: To keep that text, but make it point someplace else: In the Hyperlinks panel, double-click on the first entry to edit it, then change the URL in the dialog box that opens. If you need to change the text, it is best to delete that hyperlink, and create a new one. To delete it, select it in the Hyperlinks panel by a single click, then use the delete icon (trashcan) at the bottom of the panel. I'm not sure if that will answer your questions or not. If it doesn't behave that way for you, perhaps I've misunderstood something or perhaps you've found a Mac-specific bug. Or, if I've misunderstood the problem, perhaps you can clarify it further. BBouyajdad
Hello Walt, thanks for your help. I really don't know from where the error comes, but as you can see in the linked video above, it is not possible for me to export the PDF file with the right links in place. I don't know why this happens and it would be really interesting to read an assessment from a developer of this app. Is it possible to communicate with them directly ? Thanks

Sometimes the developers reply here, but more often it is the QA team at Serif. What is the correct URL that you're having trouble with? Is it the one in the file you provided? Or are you attempting to make a change to it before export?
