wonderings Posted January 15, 2021 Share Posted January 15, 2021 I am sure and Serif has mentioned this a lot as it is common question, you will see a lot of posts about it. Can't say why it worked for your friend but the licenses are not transferable. An obvious tell is that they sell a Mac version and a Windows version.
