Hi Team,

 

I am using Affinity Photo Trial and its realy cool.

 

Have one issue was trying to export a file to .psd but when i open exported file in Photoshop its showing only visible layes while exporting.

Want to mention that while exporting file there is one option Area - Whole document is selected and its inactivate. PFA screenshot for same.

Exporting to PSD should export hidden layers. Could you please attach the file in question to this post so I can investigate this further for you? Once I have looked at the file it will be deleted :)

PSD currently only export the whole document.  You cannot export a sub-area, or selection.  I am working on exporting slices to PSD right now, but it comes with a whole new set of issues.

 

PSD export also can only export layer combinations that can be replicated in Photoshop. This sometimes means than layers get baked together into a single raster/pixel layer.  If one of these layers had invisible masks, adjustments or children, they are simple not exported.  If they had not been hidden, they would have still been flattened.

Actually - I have just found a (new) bug where invisible layers were not getting exported.

 

Export slices to PSD is coming soon, and this bug will be fixed with it.
