Panamarts
I want to load Affinity Photo onto a new computer. IF it is a problem(?) the email address listed against the key for the main product is out of date, I see no way of changing this on that page. Main account details listed elsewhere are correct. The product key for an app purchased from the Affinity Store is permanently tied to the email address supplied at the time of purchase, but you only need that key/email pair for installation purposes. adrianmessenger
Similar to the initial question. My old computer where I initially installed Affinity photo has died. The drive failed and can't even be read. Apparently my software isn't registered on a device. And the product agreement says I can install on computers under my control. So no problem with the software still being installed on the old computer's drive, even though it can't be accessed? I can just install it on my new computer when it arrives? Also, regarding the installation email, apparently it can't be updated or changed. So I only need the old email address and key for installing the software on the new computer, even though I no longer have access to that old email address? Thank you. Assuming the new computer and old computer run the same kind of OS (both Mac or both Windows), yes. 20 minutes ago, adrianmessenger said: So I only need the old email address and key for installing the software on the new computer, even though I no longer have access to that old email address? As Alfred said in the post just above yours, yes.
