Have already contacted you via e-mail, but have since gotten locked out of the account I contacted you with... I have the bank statement, which you'll find attached. I purchased photo, publisher and designer for MacOS. Would really like to see this resolved today, because I really have a lot of work to do and already cancelled my adobe creative cloud subscription. Thanks in advance. Quote
