Affinity Designer not working

My Affinity designer stopped working. After trying to fix, I uninstalled and reinstalled, but I am still encountering the same problem

Can you please expand on what you mean by 'stopped working'?

Is the app crashing or producing error messages?

Is the issue with one specific file, or any file?

I was not aware you replied so apologies for the time gap. The software does not load beyond the partial initial screen. After several attempts to just repair, I uninstalled and downloaded again but, when installed, I am encountering the old problem.

No problem at all, thanks for your screenshot!

Firstly, can you please confirm that none of the following apps are running on your system -

Secondly, your GPU drivers may be out of date and require updating for Affinity to run correctly. Please close the Affinity app, then visit your manufactures website and download the latest version of your drivers here.

When installing these drivers, if you are offered a clean installation we recommend selecting this option, as it will remove any old/unwanted GPU drivers from your system.

Please do not use Windows Update to download the latest drivers, as this is usually a few versions behind.

Once installed, restart your PC and ty launching Affinity again - does it now load as expected?
