If you've purchased the Affinity app from the Serif Store, login to your account at the below link. There you will find the application and product key listed in the Downloads and Product Keys part of your account.

https://store.serif.com/account/downloads/

I hope this helps :)

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!

no action need before reinstall the OS?

When reinstalling Windows you will probably lose all your customized settings for the Affinity applications, including any brushes or assets you may have installed. So if I were reinstalling I would back those up to a disk that won't be affected by the reinstall so they can be restored later.

The easiest way to do that is by backing up the "user" directory for each of the Affinity applications you own. The top part of the FAQ article below shows how to find that directory. Just

  1. make a copy before reinstalling Windows, then
  2. reinstall Windows, then
  3. download and reinstall the Affinity applications, then
  4. start each Affinity application, and provide the product key if needed, and close the application. Then
  5. restore the saved "user" folder to the proper location.
