still waiting to receive my worbook

Hello i'm asking in this forum if someone have the same problème as me.

I bought tow worbooks on the offcial affinity website.

I bought them the 8 of december and still have not reveived any  thing. even the tracking of shipping. 

I am the only one to have thise problème?

Ps : the support is not answering 

i am pretty pissed because i need them for my job.
