Separate color sliders to its own tab

Recommended Posts

Hello!

It would be fantastic if we could separate color sliders into its own floating window/dock. This way, we could have access to both the color wheel AND color sliders. While I understand the logic of lumping them into the same panel, having to click a tiny little menu button, and then switch the panels setting is a bit annoying when you just want to slightly tweak a color. Having the ability to access both would just be so much more convenient for doing coloring work.

Programs such as Clip Studio Paint have this feature, and its a major boon. Attached is an example of what I'm asking for in case my wording is a little confusing.

You can double-click the color well in the Color panel to open the separate Color Chooser:

Yes, I am aware of this. However, you cannot resize or dock it, so I find it a little less than ideal for working quickly. In my workflow at least.

Apologies, sometimes I'm not the best at explaining things like these.

I wish for it to just be a small little dockable panel. The popup color panel is great, but its an extra step, and takes up more space than it needs to when I just need to fiddle with a single little slider.
