Crashes every time I open a picture

Hello,

I just bought Affinity Photo for Windows (after being very satisfied with AP iPad) but after a few days it crashes every time I download a picture ! I tried to reset (shift when I open the app) and to reinstall AP without success. All drivers are updated and the computer is powerful and new.

The same thing happens to me. The only solution I found was to open the images from an external program, for example Fastone. If I open them from there I have no problems.

Hi both,

Sorry for the delayed reply. We were closed over Christmas/NY. 

Can you both attach your crash reports? Should be in %appdata%\Affinity\Photo\1.0\CrashReports\reports
