Hello! I've been trying to get my booklets to print from the center and I can't seem to ever get it right. I use a custom size page  (w: 108 mm x h: 210 mm) which I then print on A4 with the intent of folding over in the middle and stapling together (and then cut off the excess from the margins). My problem is that all my spreads are skewed, ie. not centered,  when they come out of the printer.  I have searched the internet for weeks with no luck for a solution to this problem. How do I get my booklet spreads to center? I've attached my file for error finding.

Thank you so much in beforehand! Christina

Hi Christina_Em,

Welcome to the forums :)

I don't have a printer at home but when I print to PDF I can't see any issues if you try this are your pages off centre?

Thanks

C

Affinity print engine isn't currently upto the job (surely they aim to improve it?) so the solution would be to create a pdf and open in Acrobat reader to print, which will print as expected with all the options you need to centre, + prints vectors and text nice and crisp with proper colour support + it's free - downside:  its ADOBE 😖

Sorry for the belated response (I had given up for a while). I'm happy to report I finally got it to work! I used PDF as suggested, but for anyone battling this same issue, the one thing I was doing wrong was saving as "spreads" instead of "pages" at the Export to PDF step. That little thing changed everything. Thank you guys for replying and helping out! 😃
