Oliwer Bogusz
Hi, Im a bit lost, because I got excited for a mock up feature which I've seen in the showcase video for affinity designer, but can't can't seem to find a tutorial video on the affinity learn tab nor youtube. All I found was mock ups done in affinity photo, which I didn't buy. Is affinity designer capable of what is shown in attached files or is this misleading advertising? I'm talking about proper perspective embedding. Thank you for answers in advance.
v_kyr
Hi and welcome, 1 hour ago, Oliwer Bogusz said: Is affinity designer capable of what is shown in attached files or is this misleading advertising? I'm talking about proper perspective embedding. basically (or theoretically) yes, though Designer sadly lacks perspective/mesh or warping pixel or vector based correction tools. Thus you would for example have to skew vector nodes here with the help of the Node tool in order to get a similar perspective orientation of objects. - See also: How to use Affinity Photo Live Filter Perspective in Affinity Designer How to reuse Photo live perspective distortion in Designer Quote ☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan ☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.
