Designer1 Posted December 22, 2020 Posted December 22, 2020 Is it possible to create trim and crop marks in Publisher? In Indesign it's very easy. These are particularly necessary when exporting PDF so that the printshop can print professionally. Quote

rdsllm Posted January 23, 2021 Posted January 23, 2021 Aside from the usual exporting options, I'm missing a fairly basic function that I found very helpful in Adobe products: drawing a rectange within a document, selecting it and using a command to make the box into crop marks (the stroke and fill disappear and it its place, crop marks appear). This is very useful when positioning something for printing "at home" on a letter-sized sheet, so you can trim an object perfectly without having to contend with a stroked box as a guide. I know there are workarounds (ie export, place on a new document, print; or just draw the marks yourself) but a command would make things so quick 'n' easy. Quote
