App not working on Big Sur

Hallo Afinity,

I have already bought the pubisher program and have installed it on my old Mac.
I have now bought a MacMini (M1, BigSur) and would like to use the programme but (after transfer) it does not work.

Can you help?

Welcome to the forums, @Jasper Holthuis!   I also have a new Macbook Pro with the M1 chip.  If you purchased Publisher directly from Serif, you can delete the version of Publisher you transferred from your older Mac and then go to store.serif.com and sign in.  From there you can access your purchase code, and download v. 1.8.6.   When you install that fresh version, you should find Publisher working beautifully.   If you purchased your copy of Publisher from the MAC App Store, I am not quite sure how to help, as I have bought everything directly from Serif.  I do know that removing the previous version and starting fresh worked for me.   Hope this helps!

Logging into the mac app store, using the same login as when using the old computer, will let you re-download any purchased software.
