image will not print

trying to print an image, image shows on screen, but printer only spits out blank paper. Has never happened before.

Welcome to the forums

We recommend uninstalling the printer & driver, then reinstalling the latest version of the drivers before attempting to print once again. In order for me to assist with this process, can you please confirm - are you using Mac or Windows?

I have the same problem.  It is only one jpg image that I just took with my camera.  Other images still print just fine.

I flattened the image and now it prints fine.
