I transferred raw images via usb card reader onto iPad. But unable to import raw image onto affinity photo. Does anyone know why? Photos that were able to import says RGB. Camera used was Sony a6400. I have attached pictures. Thanks.

Hi @Samantha Lei,

Welcome to the forums :)

I'm very sorry to see you're having trouble! Firstly, we recommend force restarting your iPad, as this can usually resolve this issue for some customers.

If you have any iPad with a Home button, such as the iPad Air, then here’s how to force restart your iPad:

Hold down the Power button and the Home button together until the iPad turns off and reboots. You can let go when you see the Apple logo on the screen.

If you have an iPad without a Home button, such as the 2020 iPad Pro, you need to:

Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
Then press and hold the Power button until the device restart

If the above does not help, please open your Photos app separately and try drag and dropping the RAW file from here into the Affinity app - does this now open as expected?

Many thanks in advance!
