Alex - RedPen
Hi, just to let you know that I received my Publisher workbook and it is very nice :) Something I want to make you aware of is the poor packaging it came in. The book was inside a box that was too large for it and there was no additional packing to stop the book sliding around in the box. The box outer was very crushed and the book itself suffered some bending of the corners — I'm am happy with it as it is minor. However, I thought you should know and consider in the future how the books are sent out, not all recipients may be happy to accept minor damage — the books could suffer more serious damage as they slide around the box during 'delicate' postal/courier handling... Adam
Hello @Alex - RedPen Please accept my apologies for the Workbook that was received. It should have been received in a much better state than that as you describe. I will look to pass this information on to the relevant department for further investigation. I do appreciate your time regarding this matter, and please let me know if there is anything further I can help with. Best Regards, Adam
All Media Lab
The same here! The bottom and top of the cover is damaged! Taken in account the absurd shipping price of € 11,94 ! From Nottingham to Belgium. A too large box without any filling to protect the book! But the book is beautiful and well made! 😉
Dstinct
Same with mine. It happens when fulfilled by Amazon, especially during the holiday season. I forgot that Serif does fulfillment through them for NA. I never order books during the holiday season from Amazon as they are never packed well during the rush. Normally you could just deal directly with them and get them to send you a new one, but I just emailed the returnserif email and we'll see what happens. I haven't taken the plastic off yet, but the cover looks nice.
