hello, can anyone give me a simple guide on how to do the 9 panel photo cushion covers please

Perhaps you could provide a little more detail about what you need to know. For a 16in/40cm scatter cushion your squares are going to be about 13cm each, so I would suggest starting with a document size of 405 mm square to accommodate three 133 mm squares with a 6 mm border in each row.
