Recently purchased a copy of PhotoPlus X5 (when I tried to download a newer version, got a side by side error). Registered the product, when I installed it, but I can't get the activation code. Called the 1-800 number and they said to send an e-mail to Serif. Don't see a link for that. Would appreciate your assistance.

I bought Serif Draw 5 + in 2011, a few days ago my computer threw a wobler and I lost alot of information, I managed to find my DP5, but it asked me to look for an UPDATE, I did this but obviously downloaded a new program and this is asking for myregistration code, I have tried using my old DP5 registration code, but it doesn't like this, will Serif give me a new code, I have been a loyal client since the very start when Serif stuck a free program on the cover of one of the photo magazines, now I want to do some chrissy cards and am a bit fed up.  Any suggestions please, I really cannot afford to purchase another program.  Thanks in advance.  Gerry
