Try scrolling down the stock panel, it should bring up more images.

If the Stock panel is undocked and enlarged to show all 30 images at once then you don't get a scroll bar to continue showing more images (hence the problem)

Solution (for now): Resize the Stock panel to display less than 30 images then the scroll bar will appear.

Not sure if the problem is with Affinity or Unsplash

I don’t get problem at all, it displays 30 results and then I scroll and it reveals more results.

I initially get the same as DoronAr and carl123, 30 images max. with no scroll bar once all 30 images are visible.
However, if I resize the dialog to make the scrollbar visible and then start scrolling, more images start to appear and it seems to work fine after that, see attached video.

Regardless of the size of the stock panel I can scroll when the panel is initially populated. On windows if the mouse has a scroll wheel, the scroll wheel should do the same. So are we talking about a limitation of the OP’s hardware - Mouse, or the omission from Affinity to cater to non-scrolling mouse devices.

Just tried this on Windows 10.
If the scrollbar is visible then using the mouse wheel to scroll brings more images in as expected.
However, when the scrollbar is not visible, using the mouse wheel to scroll does nothing.
Once more images have been brought in then it seem to work fine. It’s just the starting position without the scrollbar being visible that seems to be where the problem is.
