Fill custom text to custom shape

You can draw a circle with elipse tool and select artistic text, then tap circle edge to get text to follow circle outline.

Thank you.  But that’s not what I’m trying to do.  

I’m trying to fit text to assume the shape I give it.  Imagine me typing the word THE, and having it take the entire form of a rectangle.

in this case, I’m take specific words and wanting them to assume curved shapes.

In this instance, if following a drawn line/curve doesn’t do what you want, I don’t think there are any 'built in' features that do this. You could try drawing a curve to get the general 'curved shape' then convert text to curves and adjust the text curve nodes to adjust/move the shapes where you need them.🥴
