Cari Posted December 14, 2020 Posted December 14, 2020 I am a Windows user and I have the latest version of Affinity Designer. Whenever I go to Persona Export, it takes a few seconds until the program crashes. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled it. That makes the program unusable! Is there any solution here? Quote
Cari Posted December 14, 2020 Author Posted December 14, 2020 okay I found the solution. There is a problem with file sharing, when you are working as a windows user with files, which where created with a Mac, the software crashes at the point of export. You have to create a new document and copy the artboards you need from the "mac document" to your new "windows document". It's a little laborious but this is how you can cheat with the export... Do you have the exact workflow you are taking or a sample file that shows the issue you could attach? Quote
