I am a Windows user and I have the latest version of Affinity Designer. Whenever I go to Persona Export, it takes a few seconds until the program crashes. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled it.

That makes the program unusable! Is there any solution here?

okay I found the solution. There is a problem with file sharing, when you are working as a windows user with files, which where created with a Mac, the software crashes at the point of export. You have to create a new document and copy the artboards you need from the "mac document" to your new "windows document". It's a little laborious but this is how you can cheat with the export...

Can't say i've encountered this issue before and i do a lot of work with Affinity files created on a Mac and have been able to edit them on a Windows PC without issue.

Do you have the exact workflow you are taking or a sample file that shows the issue you could attach?
