Metadata panel displaying them for the selected image instead of globaly

Hi,

It would be usefull if the metadata panel was able to display the metadata of a selected image, and the metadata of the document only when nothing is selected.

This way, in AD or AP, we could easily retrieve credits for attribution when using multiple images to create a new one, without needing to have those image in a folder to retrieve those data.

Better would be for the apps to add automatically those metadata if there are empty fields when using stock images, so we don't need to write down there somewhere else.

 

In APub, it would help to retrieve caption and credits without needing to use another app or to open them in AP, we would just have to switch to the Photo persona.
The possibility to add new global fields in APub and link them to some images's metadata field would permit to automatically add those like mentionned here:

 

This way, it would be simple to drag images in some image frames, and have everything updated in a blink.
