First of all I am new to AP and I dont understand all the Terminology. I have looked at some FAQs but become even more confused.:42_confused:

All I'm trying to do is print off an A4 poster with I image and text (7-8 Layers used).

When I print direct from AP everything is fine.

When I export to PDF and print the poster is 'fussy' and un sharp.🙁

It can't be that complicated, but I have no idea what i'm doing wrong or how to achieve a 'crisp' poster in PDF format. 😀

Many thanks for your help.

Nick

I hope someone with more expereice picks this up and answers you. My first question would be why you would export to pdf as all text is going to be resterised and if you are enlarging in anyway it will have pixelated edges.  I have always exported as high quality jpg to print A4 photos where I have added text. Showing a screen grab of your pdf seetings including the "more" options will help more experienced users help you. I have publisher so all my posters use that to create a pdf where the text does not pixewlate.
