no response from distort filters in filter menu

Please could you tell me which application(and version number) you are using and which operating system? If possible could you also provide a screen recording of this?

Hi Paresh,
With the background layer selected (not the empty layer, there's no data to work with there), have you clicked/drag on the canvas to insert the (deformation) points?
