Paint Mixer Brush Tool

Does anybody know a tool in AP that works like Photoshops paint mixer brush tool for mixing skin tones? I've been searching online for too long that I'm even frustrated now. Thank you.

Affinity Photo has a Paint Mixer Brush, not sure if it works in the same way as the one in PS.  You can find more information on it here and we have a video here but they don't use a skin tones as an example of it's use.
