Export document fails

My very first try with Affinity Publisher. Five pages text with two png images.

Export in any possibility fails. See attachment.

Welcome to the forums & I'm sorry to see you're having trouble!

It looks like you're trying to export to JPEG - does the export complete in a different format?

Have you tried exporting to a different location? Does this still show the same error?

I'd like to know if you're able to export to PDF specifically, as if this also fails we can run a logging script to produce an error log.

I started opening a pdf-file in Affinity Publishing. After some modifications in the text, I would export the new file as pdf, but it didn't work as I already told you.

I'll try again with starting a new page without opening the pdf. Perhaps that was the problem of the fail.

Hi Dan,

I tried a new page in Publishing, adding a .png illustration without shadow. Saving is OK as before, but pdf is also OK.

Thanks for helping me thinking in this new program for me.
