When you last asked you worked out that you had to log in using your old email address to download the software, and the product key is there too in your orders. I looked at 'when last asked' and I'm none the wiser! At that time I was trying to see if I could download the original version of AD. That is no longer an issue. Now I simply want to know now how to access the product key. The only email address I have and password is the ones I use to access the forum. Is this helpful? Nope, there is no purchase on any Affinity account using the email address for your forum account, nor is there an affinity account for the email address you created your forum account with (jack@t*********ist.co.uk). In that thread you mentioned your affinity account was using an old email address, so I assume you know your account email and password. If you can remember it, then once logged in you could see the product key in there. I do not know what email address you bought with. PM me (or just post here) with your real name and I will see if I can work it out.
