Stops Responding As Soon As I hit New Document On Start Up

Hello been having issues with affinity designer program as I open software get prompted with new document hit any size usually just use the letter size but as soon as i hit the icon it stops responding what i have done is deleted software installed with no fix. deleted the most recent fonts downloaded with no fix. downloaded previous version desinger worked for 2 days and worked fine and back to it not responding downloaded current version again and worked for another 2 days and again not responding :/

Try resetting the app, hold down CTRL and open, when the window appears release the key and click Clear. If this fails to resolve the issue, follow the steps in this FAQ to retrieve the Application logs from the Event Viewer in Windows to post for checking.
