Hi, A basic question but finding it difficult to resolve. I am making a catalogue for an exhibition and am getting lots of different documents from the artists in different styles that I am having to paste into separate text boxes. Is there a way to paste into the whole document automatically by applying an overall font, size, etc. to the pastes? Perhaps using the Master Pages? In Word it would be to right click the paste icon 'Merge formatting' each time.

I will assume you are using Publisher. I would set up a few Paragraph and Character Text styles and just apply those to the stuff I am importing. That way all the headings and then text (artist statements) will be the same for each person's stuff.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
