Nikon Shooter Posted December 8, 2020 Share Posted December 8, 2020 I've been a long time AP user — using now the latest v. 1.8.6 release successfully since day one — and I am experiencing issues since yesterday: AP launches but won't load my interface / workspace AP crashes opening files… any files My reflex was to restore from TimeMachine first its Application Support folder — that didn't help! — then I restored the app itself — didn't help either! Staff Lee D Posted December 9, 2020 Staff Share Posted December 9, 2020 Which version of macOS are you running and if the apps are crashing, do they provide a crash report that you can attach? If not follow the steps in this FAQ to retrieve. Just in case you have reviewed one of the crash reports, if you see a reference to CODESIGNING this is a known issue which you can find more information on here.
