So i'm a beginner in affinity designer, and i don't know how to make a rectangle with a different shape. Is it possible to do? and how to connect different line with different width? Thank You

Could you show us an example of what you mean?

In the meantime do you mean have a shape as a border to a rectangle like this...

No, the layer that is uppermost in the layers panel will take priority and the layer below will adopt it’s attributes like stroke width, colour, brush style and so on.

You could group the lines to enable you to move and transform them as one but the results may not be what you expect.
