(External) Hyperlinks which contain umlaute such as "https://www.commerzbank.de/filialen/de/Köln-Rodenkirchen" seem not to work in affinity publisher version 1.8.2 or version 1.9.0.857 beta. Such hyperlinks are accepted but do not link in a PDF-export. All other hyperlinks I tried work fine. Is there any trick when using umlaute in hyperlinks?

Thank you very much! This is a good workaround, I did not think of. But I hope "Umlaute" can be used in an url in a future version of affinity publisher without this additional converting step.

@abachem Maybe you should try the latest beta 1.9.0.863. There it works for me.

Thank you for your hint. Unfortunately this is the latest Windows beta version. For Mac it is still 1.9.0.857 beta and I use Mac. But this gives me hope, that it will be solved in the future version also for Mac's.
