Ignoring the white shamrocks for the moment, what you have is two shapes: a round-cornered rectangle with a wide green stroke and a white fill, and a solid green rectangle (with two round corners) inside that. Please explain where the difficulty lies.

1. Draw a round-cornered rectangle with a wide green stroke and a white fill.

2. Draw a solid green round-cornered rectangle inside the first one.

3. Select the smaller rectangle with the Node Tool and ‘Convert to Curves’

4. Flatten the right-hand edge by deleting the rightmost two nodes
