Affinity Photo and a Pastel Look

Hello,

I am trying to create a pastel look to some of my photos. I have been playing with clarity and colors but I am not getting there and was wondering if anyone had an suggestions on tools or brushes I should look into. I wonder if I need to branch out to other Affinity apps to do this.
