walt.farrell Posted December 4, 2020 Posted December 4, 2020 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @Coraline Mabire. If you email affinityreturns@serif.com within 14 days of your purchase you can arrange to return the one you bought for a full refund, and then you can purchase the proper one instead. Guest Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 Hello, This happend to me twice, but I'm sure that I clicked the right OS Version for me. And as the offer already ended, they will refund the offer price and you can buy it for the full `price. As this is already the second time this happens, maybe it is intended? Why is it not just possible to swap these versions? Never seen such a bad customer service before. I think this was my last try to buy Affinity. Quote
carl123 Posted December 8, 2020 Posted December 8, 2020 @Reinhold R If you contact affinityreturns@serif.com and explain your error when ordering the software, you may find that they are sympathetic to your situation and will "swap" your purchased software to the correct OS at the same offer price that you recently purchased it for But it's probably best not to mention the bit about.... Guest Posted December 9, 2020 Posted December 9, 2020 Thank you Carl. "We can't change the license over, bla bla bla...", they answered and offered me a refund to buy a new licebnse. So I lost two times an offer of Affinity Photo. Goodbye Serif and Affinity. Reinhold Quote

If this is true I would think your receipt would show what you purchased. You certainly see it before finishing the check out. What does your email receipt say? If it is indeed an error and you can show that you did purchase for the right OS but received the wrong OS key then I would think they would happily rectify it. My guess is that you made the same mistake twice though and did not pay close enough attention to what you were purchasing as it does show you the version you are buying. emmrecs01 1 Quote
