Affinity publisher paid for will not open on Big Sur on a Mac Mini MI 2020. It did on Catalina but not now. Can't find anywhere to get support on site. How can you remove present version and download it again ?

Can you please confirm for me, is the app simply slow to open (as this is a known issue on Big Sur currently) - or are you seeing crash reports/errors when trying to load the app?

Did you purchase the app from the App Store or the Affinity Store? As this will affect the uninstallation/reinstallation process - although before we have determined the cause of this issue, we don't necessarily recommend doing this.

It happened after I bought a new mac mini and ported my operating system Catalina over to the new computer into Big Sur. Affinity would bounce a bit in the dock and then not open. Eventually I found out to how to download a new version from the Affinity web site where I bought it, and it has worked ever since
