Android Studio doesn't like embedded base64 encoded image data in SVG files ...

The rasterisation option only applies to objects which can't be exported as vectors. In your case, you appear to have an actual image in the document, and then you're asking for that image to be exported as SVG, so we're embedding it in the <image> tag. You should delete the image from your document, or only export the layer with vectoral content on it.

The Android vector asset, as it's name suggests, requires a vector format. You have two pixel layers, so you will get pixel data in your svg file.

Your options are to either start from scratch and draw that image as a vector, or use a bitmap tracing program to convert it (which is what you had done from the png you mentioned in your earlier post).

A PNG is a bitmap/raster/pixel based file and not automatically converted into vectors, that's what we already indicated above and what you saw when you tried to import that in Android Studio (<image...> not supported) and from your inspecting of it's xml code inside an editor! - Either manually redraw that as vectors in Designer, or convert that to vectors with a bitmap-to-vector tracing tool!

Not for an automatic conversion, right! - Use some vectorizing/tracing tools (see here bitmap-to-vector tracing) to convert the PNG into some vector format (SVG, PDF) which you then can import into Designer for further modifications and in order to resave as SVG if needed.
