Issues on download

Dear Colleagues at Affinity,

I am afraid I am having issues with downloading the 'Concept Master Vol.1: Nature Brush Pack' which I purchased last week Order number B3Y2LRGYQF alongside a few other packs.

The issue is that everytime I hit download to get the Concept Master Vol 1, I instead get the Neptune Illustration Kit by Frankentoon downloading. Is there an issue I am unaware of with The Concept Master Volume?

I am having trouble reproducing this. Are the filenames correct, but the contents of the files incorrect or do you not even see the right files? The filenames should be

• frankentoon-concept-master-nature-a.afbrushes
• frankentoon-concept-master-nature-b.afbrushes
• frankentoon-concept-master-stamps.afbrushes
• frankentoon-concept-master-nature.afpalette

If it's the files then a screenshot of your Concept Master Vol.1: downloads would help here. If it is the contents of those files then we will need to look more closely at this.

To confirm they are pixel brushes and will appear in the pixel persona of Designer and the Photo persona of Publisher

Ok ... I see the brushes and stamp brushes ... but how do I locate the guide, the tips and tricks eBook, and the Bonus 72 color swatches?

What content pack is that?

Did you download it manually from the Affinity Store or automatically via My Account within the application?

I'm not certain ... how it was downloaded ... manually, probably through my account.  This is for a desktop.

If you downloaded it manually from the Store, then you got the following items:

The User Guide contains the Tips & Tricks. The Concept Master Nature Palette contains the swatches.

If you didn't download them originally then you can visit https://affinity.store/account/downloads to find them and download them.

If you did get them via My Account:

1. The swatches will be in your Swatches panel, as one of the categories of installed swatches.
2. For the User Guide, open My Account, expand the Concept Master Nature entry, and you'll find the User Guide:
