exporting Jpeg and sRGB

I work in adobe RGB so when I export a file  I like to set the ICC profile from the default "use document profile" to sRGB. The problem is that I would like to set this as my default instead of this being linked  to the "quality" of the image that I need to be changeable.

Any solution?
