Affinity Designer crashes

I am having a problem with the software crashing.  It started with iOS 14.  Though not so much randomly; it starts when the file I’m working in grows beyond 10mb.  But once the file is that size the program crashes constantly.  Enough to make go back to Adobe (and I reeely hate ‘dobe).  Everything is up to date on my iPad.

Just a suggestion. Have you tried deleting history. I'd imagine that with large files history may be using a fair amount of ram.

@MichelleVSP

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums :)

Unfortunately without reproducible steps/related files there isn't much that we can investigate.

However as DM1 has alluded to we are aware of some instances that can cause a file to crash with a large amount of history so its definitely worth clearing that.
