address change

Where can I update my mailing address in my Affinity account? I just placed an order and the Affinity system defaulted to an old mailing address. I have already send an email and social media message asking to have it changed or cancelled for that order, but now I need to update my account so that this does not happen again. The Account Details page does not offer this option. Thanks.

I did exactly the same thing today with the Publisher Workbook pre-order. I can’t recall it asking a delivery address and previous deliveries had gone to my mother who unfortunately has had to move into a care home. I emailed affinityorders@serif.com with my updated address details. Hope that does the trick.

Hi, all. I also got in touch with them via email about the book order and that is taken care of. But my question is about how my Affinity account had the incorrect address in the first place. I want to change it in my Affinity account so that it doesn't keep happening with every order, but there is no obvious place to do that.

I couldn't find a way to do it except during checkout, where there's a shipping address field and a Change button.

I never saw an address field. I followed the link to buy the book from email, selected PayPal, got transported to the PayPal site, when I was done I got shipped back to the Affinity site, which showed a completed transaction with the incorrect address (old address). 

I checked my address on PayPal and it's current - sometimes that address is picked up during the transaction. 

The latest feedback I have frim Affinity is they were surprised it shipped so fast as a pre-order and could have corrected the address. Since I moved 2300 miles away in September, the rental is still empty, and if they shipped book rate the Post Office won't forward anything but actual first class mail I'm not likely to get it. When they have stock again they said they'd ship another one to the correct address.

I'm waiting to see the results.
