Chris26
I am sure that I watched some time ago where once you had defined your first guide and second guide, with a shortcut key you could then apply multiple guides at equal distance from another instead of having to do all the mathematics and lay each one seperately. I can not find this if it exists.. Quote Microsoft - Like entering your home and opening the stainless steel kitchen door, with a Popup: 'Do you really want to open this door'? Then looking for the dishwasher and finding it stored in the living room where you have to download a water supply from the app store, then you have to buy microsoft compliant soap, remove the carpet only to be told that it is glued to the floor.. Don't forget to make multiple copies of your front door key and post them to all who demand access to all the doors inside your home including the windows and outside shed. Apple - Like entering your home and opening the oak framed Kitchen door and finding the dishwasher right in front you ready to be switched on, soap supplied, and water that comes through a water softener. Ah the front door key is yours and it only needs to open the front door.

I watched a number of tutorials on the guides manager and this was never mentioned. You can use similar simplicity in lots of the APhoto parameter boxes. It's just a shame that they can't be saved for another time. Chris26
Duplicating guides at equal distances from each other across the same page in affinity is possible, I have seen it done in a video from some weeks ago, I simply can not remember where that video was. Does anyone know? It was a simple key stroke, with a modifier I think.... Holding the ALT key down and clicking the ruler will place a guide at that position. I guess if you are accurate enough (on the ruler) you could space guides equally using that method. That's the only modifier key I know of when using guides You may need to find that video you saw Chris26 1 Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum.
