Bought too early for Black Friday Event 2020 (split)

If you bought APh or APub (or AD) from the Affinity Store during the sale period you shouldn’t have been charged full price. Unless you made your purchase through the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store, I suggest that you email affinity@serif.com and explain that you purchased the app two days after the sale began but you weren’t offered the sale price.

The sale price applies to all methods of purchase from Mac App Store, Microsoft Store, iPad Store and Affinity Store.

Thanks for the clarification, Patrick. I posted as I did because your OP states “Everything in the Affinity Store [my emphasis] is 30% off”, implying that the discount isn’t available elsewhere.

I read it as that Gignero bought it two days after the post but without a discount, not as he meant that he bought it at full price and then two days after the Black Friday sale started.

Poorly worded on my behalf. I meant I wish I'd seen the post that stated the sale was on. I would have waited the extra days and bought at a discount. Missed out again.😪

For purchases from the Serif Affinity Store, you can return the purchase within 14 days for a full refund. You would email affinityreturns@serif.com to initiate that process. Then you can repurchase at the sale price, since the sale continues until Dec. 6.

You haven't missed out, many of us seasoned vets paid full price quite a few years back and would pay it again at the drop of a hat, it is well worth the price !

I didn't return the purchase but they gave a price difference refund. I was so happy I went and spent even more than the refund in some assests. 😂
