I bought your book/user Manuel and never received a receipt or delivery date.

There seems to be no one to call and no order support.

Monitor can take out the telephone number but in the meantime please call me and let’s get this straightened out thank you very much. I spent over an hour trying to use your order form it just doesn’t work
