WillowOne Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Windows 10, Affinity Designer 1.8.5.7003 and Affinity Designer 1.9.0.852. Opening Affinity Designer as normal; I select File > New I am presented with the New Document Window. Whatever pre-set I select Affinity Designer immediately locks up and my system becomes unresponsive until I am able to terminate the Affinity Designer. I have reinstalled Affinity designer; I have attempted to use the Affinity designer Public Beta 1.9.0.852. I have also accessed the Clear User Data dialogue by holding down Control while booting the application and selecting Select All > Clear. None of the above steps have resolved the problem. Quote
