Mac OSX 10.10.5

Affinity Photo 1.8.6

When using, Prefs > User Interface > 'Light' UI style, all dialogs buttons are missing their APPLY label (Apply is white on white). On clicking the 'empty' button Apply does then appear - just as the dialog closes.

Same issue here.  10.11.6 and was not happening before the update to 1.8.6.  In addition I am having a lot of issues with crashes when using the eraser brush & resizing brushes.  Upside is the recovery is working well so I don't have to 'redo' my work.  Some of the filters are getting stuck 'analyzing'  - no spinning color wheel, just will not move on and force quit is the only option. None of these issues were apparent in the previous version I was using.   Once I get a laundry list with specifics nailed down (ie step by step reproducible results etc) I will repost.   But the 'blank buttons' appeared with the 1.8.6 version - I didn't make any OS changes.

Hi lefteye,

I think this is being caused by the 'Highlight' setting in the macOS > General Preferences.

In my OS Prefs, Highlight is set to the default of pale blue (I expect 99% of OSX users leave it as pale blue) - I don't see how this affect the text colour of the Apply button.

It seems to be that the text colour retains the white of your dark theme option, and unlike all the other buttons in the Light mode, doesn't change the text to black, hence the white on white issue.
